A Sustainable Approach to reviving your pond, lake or reservoirs aquatic ecosystem. While copper-based algaecides may seem effective and certainly control or kill both the good and bad algae, they also negatively affect wildlife and fish, so are not an environmentally friendly option, especially for long term use. As is well known, copper based treatments cause cell lysing consequently releasing the toxins into the water with negative impact on fish, wildlife and the whole ecosystem.
